Cluster Assistant Marketing Manager

You will make it to the next round if you are:

o Minimum education of bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, or relevant discipline.
o At least 5 years of Marketing and Communications experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. Hotel industry experience a strong plus.
o Very good understanding of Online Marketing practices.
o Possess the ability to establish strong media and social connections.
o Able to perform within an integrated team environment.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.

Who is a team player & leader, enthusiastic and self-motivated with solid experiences in Marketing Communications Fields in Hospitality segment.

Successful candidate will be looking after a hotel operations as a Cluster Roles for ASAI Bangkok Chinatown and ASAI Bangkok Sathorn.

- Copywriting in both English and Thai, not limited to social media, event descriptions, press releases, website content, web blog stories, guest communications templates, and more
- Manage social media planning and management
- Plan and draft newsletters and Line broadcasts
- Manage ASAI newsletter and Line database
- Digital guest communications and interactive management on social media, Line and beyond: handle all comments, likes, interactions and messages from guests
- Submit reporting on social media and ad statistics
- Research social media trends: songs, content, and more
- Supervise all digital profiles of property: update TripAdvisor's, Google listing is up to date and more
- Assist in drafting all Dusit experiences listings: Compile and finalise activities provided by the property, copywriting, source collateral(imagery or others) and more
- Create, update, write and draft Neighbourhood A. Guide: digitally (Google maps and website) and physical version (maps design)
- Support if needed on DI reporting and admin
