You will make it to the next round if you are:
o Minimum education of Bachelor ?s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or relevant field
o Minimum of 3-4 years in accounting management experience in a similar capacity. Hands-on experience in Night Auditing is highly regarded.
o Knowledgeable in Front Office, AR, FB procedures.
o Have good communication skills in written and spoken English.
Who is a team player & leader, enthusiastic and self-motivated with solid experiences in Finance and Accounting Fields in Hospitality segment.
Successful candidate will be looking after a hotel operations of ASAI Bangkok Sathorn.
o To perform the accounting process daily operation. Verify bills received and record by types of expense. Prepare check payment according to credit term. Prepare monthly reports and financial statements. Prepare and make the daily bank deposit and daily general cashier?s daily report. Prepare computations of the taxes payable.
o To verify all of a day?s collected payments, to deposit it intact and to ensure the adequate supply of house funds and small change for all Front Officer. Receive and record in the general cashier?s daily report and include in the daily deposit.
o To prepare the General Cashier?s Daily Report for review and completion by both Income Auditor and Finance & Accounting Manager.
