PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Preparing / Packaging food and beverages for dine-in or takeaway
? Serving Food & beverages to customers quickly and effectively
? Product knowledge to customers by presenting and explaining the Food & Beverage example taste/profile notes, concepts and stories behind the products.
? Cleaning and sanitizing working areas, utensils, and equipment.
? Safely handles all hot and cold drinks during drink preparation
? Prepares all mise-en-place before and after the service hours.
? Maintains and monitors inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, guest supply, and general supply.
? Performs opening and closing bar lists.
? Upselling the pastry, bakery products, and ongoing promotions.
? Prepares Beverage Supplies, Operating Supplies, and Food Supplies Requisitions for the Bar.
? Record and Prepares Beverage Transfer, Waste, and tasting
? Conducts opening and closing cashiering operations in a restaurant
? Support service team during peak hours
? Explaining basic information about Incubator and Education to customers.
? Communicate with co-employees within the department and another department
? Reports all customer complaints to the manager on duty.
? Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes;
implementing changes; maintaining & improving the appearance of the coffee bar
? Updates job knowledge by participating in training and self-learning online
? Any other duties and special projects as may be assigned by the Manager or Directors.
