1. Female or male, age not over 35 years old
(Thai Nationality only)
2. At least Bachelor's Degree in Tourism,
Business Administration or related fields
3. Minimum 1 years experience in Tourism
reservations / customer service.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
self-motivated, analytical thinking
5. An active team player with the ability to
prioritize and work independently
6. Able to work under pressure and good problem
solving skills
7. Good command in both spoken and written English
8. Good computer literacy: MS Outlook, MS Office
1. Handles daily correspondence by mail,
telephone, or central reservation systems
referral.
2. Responds to inquires both offline
and online such as LINE, Facebook and etc.
3. Complete reservations via offline channels
such as phone call and agents and online
such as online direct payment
(Paypal/2C2P payment gateway),OTAs and agents
4. Allocating room inventory across all selling
distribution channels prompting and efficiently
Able to close sales, cross-selling
and upselling.
5. Prepares letters of confirmation to confirm
the booking.
6. Coordinate with related teams such as
accounting and front office.
7. Processes cancellations and modifications
and promptly relays this information
to the front desk.
