Vib Best Western Sanam Pao (BTS Sanampao Station) is actively looking for:
Night Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the Front Office employees are on duty, as well as the rest of the department is running smooth operation.
- Responsible for night auditing and all night reports to be distributed to the Department heads.
- Ensures the registration cards are filled and log discrepancy into the log book to review with Assistant Guest Services Manager or Guest Relations Manager in the morning.
- Ensures the room rates are correct and accurate according to correspondence for arrival rooms before run night auditing.
- Ensures to check trace report and deal with it accordingly before run the night auditing.
- Reviews the rooms availability and to be familiar with the expected VIP arrivals or any other likely irregular situation to occur.
- Ensures that the lighting levels through the hotel are appropriate in view of power conversation and management policy.
- Ensures the security employees are on duty as scheduled.
- Ensures that all accesses to the hotel are secured as required in the hotel policy.
- Makes regular random patrols through the hotel including guest corridors and back of the house and hotel outlets to insure the good security and orderliness.
- Completely involves in any problem occur during the night hours, or any guest complaint and to report the problems and action done to The Guest relation Manager to be discussed next morning.
