- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related
- Experience in Eagle Program, Social Security Administration and Chatbot program
- At least 1 year experiences in HR Supervisor level
- 2 years in Recruitment function and administration
- Strong Interpersonal Skill & can do attitude
- Self-Organization and Pro active
- Be able to travelling few times per month in up country and Bangkok
- Good problem solving skills

? To coordinate with requisitioning departments, the recruitment of employees following established standards, policies and procedures.
? Monitor digital communication channel to internal and external
? Monitors and reviews the applicants and support Hotel Manager to screening and interviewing.
? Maintains and updates employee records, legal documents, policies base on procedures
? Process staff monthly payroll and benefit such as time attendance, all allowance, incentive, all deduction, etc.
? Prepare and process casual record and payment for all casual staff of all hotel.
? Monitor uniform, name tag and pin inventory, reorder and delivery to hotel as requirement
? Prepares and submits periodic Human Resources reports such as staff Headcount, Manning, turnover, Time Attendant Record, time to fill, outstanding leave or any to Human Resource Manager
? Monitor web-self-service for all staff in order to create new username and password, absent record, leave approval and irregular time attendance.
? Prepare employment certificate, salary certificate for all staff
? Prepares the essential data for monthly payroll process
? Prepare employment contract for all operations staff and monitor closely staff probation period.
? To monitor and advise the administration of Human Resources for Hotel Manager and act in an advisory capacity to Hotel Manager such process of Human Resources at HOP INN Center
? To ensure staff comply with the hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
? Coordinates functions and activities with other departments & hotel branch
? To provide necessary data and information to support all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations.
? To analyze the hotel manpower requirements in order to recommend on selection to meet those requirements.
? Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by Human Resources Manager or Group Director of Talent and Culture
