1. To assume responsibilities of Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in their absence.
2. To ensure the control of Floor Master keys and General Service Master keys.
3. To responsible for schedules daily duty assignments and vacation planning.
4. To keep records of overtime accrued in the department.
5. To ensure all daily required reports are received and delivered.
6. To inspect personal grooming, uniform tidiness and cleanliness of the all Housekeeping employees.
7. To evaluate team members, recommend promotion, and perform disciplinary action and dismissal cases of his/her team member.
8. To ensure training is conducted for new team members; inspect their work, correct, coach and give directions wherever it is needed.
9. To co-ordinate with Engineering relating to the maintenance works in guestrooms and Public Areas.
10. To co-ordinate and execute the Perfect Room Program.
This position is expected to provide guest floor cleaning service in order to maintain perfect hygiene and orderliness of floor facilities. You are also expected to control amenity and supply inventory.
