- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing bar operations and leading a team
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine, with the ability to create and execute innovative beverage programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and payroll effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency

Carmina Restaurant
Location: Sukhumvit 20

- Develop and implement beverage menus, specials, and promotions that align with the restaurant's concept and target market
- Train and supervise bartenders in all aspects of beverage service, including preparation, presentation, and service standards
- Ensure that all beverages are served in accordance with company standards, including taste, temperature, and presentation
- Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of all bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and equipment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and other industry professionals to stay current on trends and best practices
- Work with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless integration of bar operations with restaurant service
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, storage, and workspaces
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices
- Manage the scheduling and payroll for the bar team
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management of the team
