Requirements:
-Thai national with excellent English language skills
-At least 1 year of experience in social media coordination, -preferably (but not necessary) in the food and beverage industry
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
-Ability to create engaging content and write effective copy for social media, with a focus on food and beverage
-Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-The ability to work with multiple brands and follow different brand identities simultaneously (changing the tone of voice according to each brand)
Fat Chili Group (Restaurants and Bars) is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join the marketing team on-site in Bangkok in the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for following and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a deep understanding of both the Thai digital landscape and the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our marketing goals and showcase our food and beverage products, but also promotions, events, and other selling points of the venues
-Create engaging content for our social media channels (including -Facebook and Instagram) that reflects our brand voice and showcases our products and core selling points
-Monitor and analyze social media trends and suggest adjustments for strategies accordingly
-Work with our marketing and operations team to understand and make good use of visual assets that support social media campaigns
-Track and report on social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns and inform future strategies
-Assist with other marketing activities as needed, including email campaigns and events
