Best Western Nada Don Mueang Airport Hotel is seeking a team member in Chef de Partie position for the all-day dinning restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Ensures production is sufficient order to operate uninterrupted.
- Prepares, produce and present all of kinds of food.
- Checks to avoid breakage and spoilage.
- Ensures quality and freshness of all food preparation.
- Directs employee to work.
- Ensures that production is done to the standard of hotel.
- Delegates tasks to team members.
- Operates all utensils and equipment in his assigned section.
- Trains subordinates continuously in order to upgrade quality and production in a professional way.
- Takes a responsibility for the wastage and try to minimize the spoilage.
- Delegates work to his subordinates in order to run uninterrupted.
- Checks preparation work and ensure quality.
- Keeps on changing types of food in Menu.
- Establishes and maintains good relationship among team.
