Best Western Nada Don Mueang Airport Hotel Bangkok is currently looking for the following position:
Bellboy
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor, assisting them with their luggage and escorting them to their rooms when necessary.
- Efficiently load and unload guest luggage from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure storage of their belongings at all times.
- Provide information and directions to guests regarding the hotel's parking facilities for their vehicles.
- Ensure timely and careful delivery and retrieval of guest luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, vehicles, and the front desk.
- Organize and maintain a secure and systematic storage area for guest luggage and belongings.
Prepare accurate and up-to-date weather messages for guests as required.
Deliver newspapers, hotel letters to guest rooms promptly, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
- Record all room deliveries, guest arrivals, and departures on the Bellman Control Sheet, maintaining accurate documentation.
