- Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Business ,Hospitality or related filed.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel or service industry with background in Human Resources.
- Thai & English literate in Oral & Written.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with level of employees.
- Service-oriented with an eye for details
Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Provide support in the day-to-day Talent & Culture administration, initiatives and projects.
Maintain and update employee database and time attendance record.
- Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Coordinate with all Heads of Department
Report and support T&C Manager as well as assisting Leaning and Development training conduction.
- Liaise with external government sectors and other as per assign.
