Background as Cost Controller from hotel or external audit will be advantage.
? Require a working technical knowledge of basic accounting principles, Purchasing and Food and Beverage control
. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job or through a series of professional certifications.
? Require the knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office, Purchasing software, POS etc.
? Ability to read, write and speak in English.
? A working knowledge of Purchasing, Receiving and inventory systems and operations.
? Strategic, analytical mind with high curiosity for fact finding.
