Assistant Human Resources and Training Manager
- Leads the HR department as well as plan and deliver efficient HR services to all departments.
- Develops employee engagement and support activities to enhance the relationship between employees and the company and thus create a happy work environment in partnership with HR team.
- Develops internal communication strategy and execution plan to promote effective one-way and two-way communication channels between the company and the employees as well as among the employee groups.
- Drives and organizes HR key projects hand-in-hand with the committees and other working groups to ensure proper planning, tracking of progress against budget and timeline, and results expected.
- Acts as a linkage between corporate and subsidiaries on HR activities to ensure good flow of information and best practices sharing.
- Establishes and manage an annual work plan and develop annual budget to run the HR interventions effectively.
- Develops and updates employee handbook in order to ensure the company- s rules and regulations in compliance with the labor laws.
- Regular reviews of rules & regulations and provide advice / assistance as necessary
- Responsible for training all levels of employee including orientation.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training to all employee.
