-E-commerce background, knowledge of Front Office or Reservation systems.
-Good command of written and spoken English.
-Minimum of 1 year of Distribution or E-Commerce experience in the hospitality industry.
-Existing relationship with OTAs, Market Manager is preferred.
-Demonstrated understanding of Web technologies, browsers, analytics, and content management systems and processes.
Job Responsibilities
-Good background knowledge of Online Travel Agents & E-Commerce channels & Travel agents.
-Must be a good understanding and well knowledge of processing with Online Travel agent business & Offline agent businesses.
-Actively involved in planning initiatives to grow online and direct segments to hotels.
-Daily management of hotel online presence on various OTAs, websites, etc.
-To maintain accuracy, parity, and daily update of information, room rate, inventory, and other content in PMS, Channel manager tools.
Create, implement and optimize marketing initiatives and promotions online.
-Closely monitor and assist in the preparation of reports on market and competitor activities supporting documents for sales strategy meetings.
-Good communication, liaising and negotiating internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
-Responsible for developing new business opportunities in order to achieve sales targets.
-Collecting payment and ensuring that all bookings are paid.
-Providing support to customers who may need to make a reservation, amend, or cancel a reservation.
-Response to the guests inquiry and review.
-Manage guest reservations.
-Other tasks assigned by the Customer Service & Administrative Manager or Operation Manager.
