- Bachelor?s degree and a minimum of 6 years? experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales techniques and best practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Thai & English
- Excellent knowledge and familiar with Local domestic market
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, Highly responsible, organized & reliable
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team while setting and completing individual deadlines
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Opening experience preferred
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Draft detailed and accurate sales reports
- Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
- Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
- Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
- Lead and motivate sales team to maintain and improve clients satisfaction
- Establish a sales training program to train new employees
- Meet with sales managers to assess hotel performance
- Boost customers? awareness, value sharing, loyalty and global experience
- Manage the relationship with travel wholesalers and key Accounts as per company's standards and local regulations
- Coordinate, arrange and attend sales conferences, meetings, exhibitions and any type of event that has to do with the communication and / or publicity of the hotel
