- Degree in Cooking or related field
- Experience in Thai kitchen operations
- Understanding of food health and safety regulations
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Helps in preparing hot food and soups, under the guidance of the Demi Chef/ Chef De Partie
- Helps with the Kitchen sanitation, try to reach the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Must attend all scheduled training and on the job training sessions.
- Ensure the highest level of personal hygiene; uniform is worn in the correct and cleanliness manner.
- Assists in checking all equipment and utensils
- Conduct himself at all times in a professional and forthright manner
- Performs duties common to all no-supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned
- Promotes good employee relations
