- Minimum one-year secretarial experience is a must (Experience in the hospitality Business is an asset).
- Good Command of both written and spoken English.
- Able to support the sale team in preparing sales quotations, etc.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, filling, and selling skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Flexible and able to prioritize workload, proactive.
* Assist the Sales Manager in organizing the filing system of the Division / Department / Section.
* Ensure that the stock of stationery items is accounted for and well maintained.
?* Organize the recording system for all incoming and out going correspondences as well as incoming telephone calls.
* Handle all typing work required.
* Assist in the dispatch and collection of correspondence in the hotel.
* Prepare the proposal and make an appointment with the customer for the sales team.
* Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
* Handle all incoming telephone calls and take messages.
* Prepare and send out facsimile messages.
* Assist in the packing of materials when required. e.g. hotel brochures, sales kits, giveaways,s, etc.
