Oversee the activity of the quality assurance for all operations department and staff, developing, implementing and maintaining a system of quality and reliability.
Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and training programs in order to enhance the quality of services off employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of staff.
Identifies and analyze issues, guests? feedback and other problems recur in multiple points; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues.
Develops, implements and manages processes to ensure that the service / products meet required specifications for quality, function and reliability prior to delivery service to guests.
