- Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
- supporting to the General Manager for over-seeing all aspects of day-to-day hostel operations including guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations.
- The Assistant Hostel General Manager oversees all human resources operations including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
- The Assistant Hostel General Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
