Reporting directly to the SO Guest Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for assisting Senior Management in the overall day-to-day operations. The Duty Manager will extend his responsibility to the entire SO Guest Operations in the absence of the SO Guest Manager and Assistant SO Guest Manager. The Duty Manager will act as Assistant SO Guest Manager.
