1.1 Advance planning on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
1.2 Based on the planning, a mix of sales calls to prospects for new business sources.
1.3 Process professional sales presentation and site inspection for potential clients to convert prospects into our clients.
1.4 Build brick walls around existing clients by meeting every customer?s unique needs.
1.5 Monitor and maintain target setting per company per month to achieve the annual target.
1.6 Whenever required, process all reservations and lease agreements in an efficient and professional manner.
1.7 Ensure that sales activity is targeted and measurable.
1.8 Modify sales activity according to change in priory.
