- Bachelor degree required, Business Hotel Management.
- 3 years of revenue and reservations experience.
- To be able to work in flexible time, Good personality and service mind
- To be able to communicate English well.
- Oversee the process and handling of all reservations, including managing Reservation
Agents.
- Interview, train and manage reservation agents for the efficient operation of the
department. Monitor performance and give feedback according to established standards.
- Audit reservations entered and verify accuracy of reservations, Ensure VIPs, room assignments and special requests are handled.
- Prepare and distribute weekly operational forecasts and keep all department heads well informed of any unexpected changes in levels of business.
- Create Pricing Strategies, Conduct Competition Analyses and Track Hotel Revenue
