? Bachelor's degree in any field
? At least 2 years working experience of Guest Service or Reception and Administration in luxury condominium, office, hotels, or concierge services is preferred.
? Attention to details, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
? Fluent communication skills in Thai and Very good command in English.
? Good computer (MS offices) and typing skills.
? Possess a collaborative and team spirit nature.
? Self-driven, have flexible mindset to work in fast paced environment.
? Well groomed, with a pleasant and dynamic personality.
? Able to start working immediately is preferred.
? Greet, welcome and direct visitors with a positive and professional manner
? Promptly and professionally answer, screen and forward telephone calls or routing any messages or calls as appropriate
? Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
? Ensure that reception area is tidy and presentable at all time
? Ensure that common areas are equipped with office supplies as needed
? Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
? Organizing files for billing, vendors and suppliers records, etc.
? Scheduling and confirming daily messenger schedule.
? Ensure that all meeting rooms are neat, clean and fully equipped with office supplies as necessary at all times.
? Ensure that pantry is kept neat, clean, and stocked with appropriate supplies
? Account for sourcing and ordering of office supplies within the budget guideline and maintain an adequate inventory of office stationery
? Keep monthly records of telephone expenses, utilities expenses and stationery expenses
? Keep immediate supervisor well-informed of all assigned activities or any related issues
? Support all HR related activities as needed
