* Bachelor's degree in any fields.
* Knowledge or background in Juristic Person Management is a must.
* Good command of English communication both spoken and written.
* Experience as a Building Manager in Residential at least 2 years.
* Able to work well under pressure.
* Oversee and set the building management plan.
* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report to Property Manager
* Attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
* Attend the Board of the Committee Meeting (BOC)
* Coordinate will tenants or clients.
* Train site staffs
* Monitor the management and facilitate the service provide to co-owners / tenants / residents and visitors.
* Any other tasks as assigned.
