? Builds contacts and relationships with national companies for large group and event business

? Sells National Corporate and Local Corporate Golf Memberships
? Works in conjunction with Sales Team to secure golf business
? Develops new channels of business within Thailand and overseas
? Sets out a calendar of activity, implements to time and to standard and measures and reviews results.
? Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses of each comp set , economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them
? Creates and implements innovative ways of building golf business?
? Supports the sales team to develop and deliver a thorough sales and marketing plan for golf. Maximising existing business and sourcing new markets
? Provides golf specific sales training for relevant events teams as required
? Works with Sales and Marketing Team to create golf appropriate sales collateral and marketing materials, leveraging available eTools and Brand guidelines.
? Acts as customer liaison with hotel during major customer event/ golf days ensuring daily needs are met and overall customer satisfaction
? Leading presence at all golf trade shows
? Displays leadership in guest hospitality; exemplifies customer service and creates a positive example for guest relations.
? Effectively resolves guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process. Brings issues to the attention of property leadership team as appropriate.
