- 1-3 years Assistant banquet manager or banquet supervisor in 3* or 4* hotels.
- Energy, leadership ability, team-minded, hands-on
- Self-starter
- Familiar with all hotel facilities
- Able to develop relationships with customers
- Preparation and follow-up of conference proposals in conjunction with Banquet and Catering Sales Manager
- Implements and enforces safety regulations and house rules.
- Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may be assigned.
- Responsible for staff scheduling and payroll cost to ensure adequate coverage according to established practices and maximize labor potential; Plans work assignments based on the volume of business occupancy forecast, Event orders. Adjust schedules to meet emergencies, coordinate with other managers regarding emergency staffing.
- Maintains proper sales records, guest complaints, solutions, and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
- Maintains established par stocks for operating supplies to ensure smooth operation.
- Establishes control procedures for reconciliation of Cashiering before and after service.
