- 2 years' experience in Demi Chef and prefer to grow in higher position as CDP in hotel business.
- Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Good presentation and influencing skills
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- To co-ordinate, in detail on the Restaurant / Banquet / food production, and all specific duties to employees under his supervision.
- Responsible for the correct timing during service and to ensure that food served is always of the highest standards.
- To check stores and refrigerators and be responsible for the proper storing and recycling of leftovers.
