?Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
?Have solid understanding of consumer behaviors and market dynamics of the retail industry.

?People management skill
?Portfolio is a must
?Cultivate a solid body of work creatively, quickly and efficiently (by the given deadlines)
?Follow the design ?brief? given and interpret it in a creative way, while taking into account the requirements and needs
?Decide on specific colors, images, text, styles, and layouts
?Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
?Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
?Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
?Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
?Amend final designs to comments and gain full approval
?Make the brand standard guidance
?Work as part of a social media team
?Create and maintain an organized and efficient design process for the company
