-Complete guest check-in & checkout
-Resolve customers issues and inquiries (Walk-ins, Messaging Applications LINE/Facebook and Phone)
-Promote products and services of the hotel
-Ensure that the interior as well as the surroundings of the hotel are cleaned and well maintained
-Store guests' luggage and mail
-Manage necessary paperwork
-Communicate with other necessary departments
-Among other jobs that may be required by management
