- At least 5 years of F&B operations experience
- Exposure in managing multi-restaurant operations and knowledge in different cuisines in an international organization is advantageous.
- Good leadership and willing to develop the management team and shaping the strategy and business performance of their site.
- Open-minded, customer focused, and able to
deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to speak,write,read would be advantage.
- Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.
- Creating and communicating sales targets at regular intervals.
- Monitoring sales across stores to check that achieve target.
- Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales across stores, if required.
Collaborating with customer service to detecting and investigating, if any case customers complained.
- Ensuring that employees observe company protocols.
- Audit quality daily production from Central Kitchen.
- Monitoring ordering and stock on hand from all stores.
- Cross check staff time attendance on system.
Collaborating with other Area Managers to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.
- Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
- Communicate to staff all location about promotion and upcoming event.
- Informing to supervisor of progress and pitfalls on a regular basis.
- Support supervisor according work requirement.
KPI:
- All staff at the store work according standard of company.
- Ensure all stores are using standard equipment.
- Control standard of production.
- Control COGs. all location.
- Group insurance/social security
- Work 9 hours including 1 hour break, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
