1. At least Vocational certificate preferring bachelor- s degree in any field
2. At least 1-year experience in restaurant operation or well trained in F&B operation
3. Strong in inter-personality and creative skill

Basic Function:
Responsible for all aspects of the villa- s food & beverage operation and guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follow all F&B policies and procedures.
2. Servicing guests dining at Baan Turtle with professionalism and passion.
3. Attamed training and follow instructions given by supervisor.
4. Ensuring highest possible standard of hygiene.
5. Identify the operational necessities and lease with Villa supervisor.
6. Follow up the procedures according with the check list.
7. Coordinate the work, in order to maintain the constant quality of the service
8. Track Food and Beverage monthly inventories
1. Working 6 days per week, Public Holiday and Vacations
2. Social Security,COVID-19 Insurance
3. Other benefit following company's policy
