1. Working Experience in Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager or Duty Manager at least 3 years.
2. Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, creative and self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
3. Excellent communication and presentations skills required.
4. Strong leadership and people skills.
5. Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading) with good interpersonal skills
6. Able to work flexible days/hours to meet hotel and clubs activities

1. Oversee effective day-to-day running of front office department in achieving the goals.
2. To ensure the employees grooming and appearance are according to the hotel and department required.
3. To maintain good communication within the department and amongst the other department.
4. To supervise the employee to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
5. To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding and adhere to the hotel?s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
6. Control all key card equipment, responsible for issuing all master keys that use for the guestroom.
7. Ensure maximizing hotel revenue in relevant area, ensure of rooms at highest possible rates daily.
8. Ensure all guests experiencing a problem receive an appropriate response, any promised compensation is delivered, and all guests receive appropriate follow up in a timely and professional manner.
9. Ensure employees are up-to-date with current information and data of the hotel product, including room types, rates relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets/promotions, spa, fitness center and other services and facilities.
10. Conduct regular room and floor inspections to ensure quality standards, complete necessary engineering job order or housekeeping cleaning requests and monitor the results.
11. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
12. Inform and report to Director of Room and Executive General Manager of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
13. Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
