? Bachelor Degree in Accounting
? Min 3-5 years relevant experience in financial & accounting
? Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
? Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
? Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
Corporate Account Work @Head office (Ravjithee Soi 4)
1. To manage day to day accounting activities ensuring that all routines and reports are completed and accurately and on a timely basis.
2. To review the final input into the general ledger from the various sources, to identify and reconcile the item affecting the balance sheet and to report on the financial results as required.
3. Assist in prepare accurate month end financial reports.
4. Responsible for tax filings (value added tax, withholding tax, income tax, etc.).
5. Assist in day to day finance activities; payments.
6. To prepare daily vouchers; payment vouchers, received voucher, journal voucher, etc.. To verify documents evidencing disbursement of funds as to authenticity & adequacy of required supporting.
7. Fixed assets control.
8. Prepare accounting reconciliation.
9. Assist in monitoring the accounting and tax compliance with company policies.
10.Other duties assigned by Chief Operation Officer or General Manager.
