Work for Head Office
The Office Admin is responsible for providing support in the various Admin functions;
? Handles incoming & outgoing telephone calls, taking notes, correspondence, and coordinating with others department.
? Responsible for assisting in typing / filing correspondence
? General office administration to ensure all day-to-day office requirements are met
? Handles photocopying and distribution of all correspondence such as memos, Letters of Agreement, etc. to concerned departments.
? Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
? Co-ordinate meetings and remind of any meetings and their location
? Follow up with Finance department in term of financial basis i.e. payment slip, supplier cheques, cash advance, reimbursement, etc.
? To prepared and issuing PR /PO in Purchasing.
? Contact supplier for sample and any need.
? Create the all concern form and filing them properly.
? Office supplies management (utilities, stationery, etc.
? Operates / handles for any office maintenance
? Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
