- Minimum 3 years experience as Catering Manager in hotel business
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
- Possess strong skills of problem-solving, negotiation, leadership, and communication
- Responsible, creative, positive attitude, and well organized
- Event organizer background would be an advantage.
- Experience in F&B is a plus
Based in Bangkok. Sell 95 rooms at Hotel Clover Asoke and 213 rooms at Hotel Clover Patong Phuket
Job descriptions
- Plan and manage catering, meeting, or conference events
- Seek out potential customers via effective channels
- Do BEO according to a customer?s requirements and announce it to all concerned department and ensure that all tasks are carried out as planned.
- Plan and control cost and budget
- Analyze markets and competitors and set up strategies
- Responsible for other relevant assignments assigned by GM
