- Bachelor's degree in any fields, preferably in hospitality or English major.
- Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Responsible, honest, self-motivated, and service-minded.
- Good skills in English
- Able to work in shift
- Have at least two years experience as a supervisor
- Experience with Opera is an advantage
- Welcome and fulfill the check-in/check-out process for guests and group arrivals
- Professionally manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Supervise and train staff to ensure their work quality and guide them to the right attitude
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
- Collect Payments, posting charges to guest accounts, cash and debit transactions, direct billing, maintaining a float, cashing out at end of shift
- Being a center of information (as a concierge)
