IT Manager

REQUIREMENTS
1.At least 5 years of experience in Supervisory level of Hotels, Clubs or Operations experience preferred.
2.Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, creative and self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
3.Technical expertise in IT related fields including, networking, systems administration, networking configuration and Comanche program experience is a plus.
4.Excellent communication and presentations skills required.
5.Strong leadership and people skills.
6.Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
7.Good command in English with good interpersonal skills
8.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

We are looking for a competent candidate with hospitality background to manage our Information System and providing technical support aspects of our core Business Units comprise Golf Club, Sports Club , Eastin Thana City Golf Resort Bangkok Hotel and management in assisting all business units in utilizing.

RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1. Providing technical support to all business units (Golf Club / Sports Club / Hotel) and management in assisting them in utilizing
2. Ongoing support and maintenance of the Local Area Networks within the building.
3. Installation and support of server based software, developing server/product migration plans, and troubleshooting problems.
4. The role utilizes defined processes, procedures and protocols to uphold the security, structure and integrity of company networks and systems.
5. Performs required IT maintenance and upgrades with minimal disruption to all operations, and maintains proper backups for supported systems.
6. Role focuses on the day-to-day availability and functionality of IT systems in the company and resolves standard user issues.
7. Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
8. Responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests and system users.
9. Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems, Point of Sale - POS, Telephone systems and other software vendors.
10. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
11. Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts , support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure and network infrastructure including cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall and etc.
12. Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
