Sport & Recreation Manager (Sport & Recreation Background)

1.Thai Nationality, age not over 50 years old
2.At least 5 years with a successful track record as Recreation Manager/ Sports Club Manager / Fitness Manager in a leading sports club / hotel & resort in Thailand.
3.Good leadership and development skills, adaptable to change, strategic thinker and proactive in problem solving
4.Driving the on-going creation of events and activities that continuously generate excitement and revenue
5.High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative
6.Working in a team environment
7.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
8.Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
9.Fluent in Thai and English with good interpersonal skills
10.Flair for problem solving and learn faster.
11.Computer literate: Microsoft Office ? Word / Excel, PowerPoint.

1.Create, lead and manage for the overall of sports club activities, fitness, recreation activities and need to provide support to all our operations and our business units.
2.Compliance with sports club rules and regulations
3.Providing leadership and managing the sports team effectively and efficiently
4.The training, guidance and development of all sports club colleagues and encourage individual development
5.Deliver the highest level of presentation in all club areas, both front of house and back of house
6.Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by Activities Director.
7.Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
8.Inform Activities Director of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
9.Represent organization hospitality and clubs professionally always.
10.Compliance with Thana City's rules and regulations.
11.Creates effective structures, SOPs, LSOPs and systems are in place.
12.Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
