Guest Service Agent (GSA)

Responsible for all services involved in arrival and departure of all guests including welcoming, registering, escorting and handling guest inquiry and basic complaints. Ensure that their stays are comfortable and enjoyable as possible and all services must be achieved in a courteous manners and friendliness while maintaining professionalism at all time. Rotation shifts which include mornings, afternoons and nights.
