- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any field
- Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
- At least 1 year in Sales & Marketing with a proven track experience with hotels
- Self-motivated/disciplined, with an outgoing personality
- Strong Negotiation and problems solving skills.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- This position is only open to Thai nationals
The Executive, Sales position reports to the Senior Manager, Sales. This position has to be responsible for the followings.
- To set up the sales plan to comply at all time to the yearly plan
- Monitors monthly account production to achieve the monthly targets as stipulated in the budget and forecast
- Regular survey on market competitor
- Contacting directly to potential business agents/ clients and leads
- Taking care of Real Estate Agent & Corporate segment
- Basic function is to sell rooms to assist the Senior Manager, Sales in all aspects of Sales and Marketing development and servicing.
- Proper monthly reports of Sales & Marketing program and reports of weekly and monthly system program
- Floating service charge
- 2 day off per week
