- 1-3 year experience in hospitality with supervisory experience
- Good problem solving skill
- Professional appearance: well-groomed and tidy
- Pleasant personality: confident, self-motivated and diplomatic
- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi?task
- Good command of both English and Thai, both written and spoken
- Initiative, good interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Able to work in night shift

- This position is only open to Thai nationals
- To develop Guest Relations by providing effective reception services such as receives VIPs, special attention guests; regular guests and fulfils guest?s requests, etc.
- To ensure all allocated rooms for arriving VIPs, special attention guest, and Guest Relations are vacant, clean and with necessary set-up prior to guests arrived.
- To ensure that the registration cards are correctly filled and all master folios are checked in.
- To contribute to overall efficiency of the operation by liasing with other section or department heads and report on happenings of the section and room situation effectively.
- To prepare to do other duties in connection with the department as assigned by supervisor.
- To sell room in a manner to maximize revenue and occupancy with guests? satisfaction.
- To handle guest requests and complaints effectively.
- 8 day off per month
