- Male /Female, Thai nationality.
- Good personality.
- Excellent communicate both Thai and English.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or relevant.
- Able to work in a time shift.
- Positive attitude and work as a team.
- Experienced in position would be advantage.
- To assist Guests with general enquires and any other reasonable service requested by guests.
- To assist in check-in and check-out if the Front Desk Reception is overloaded/understaffed.
- Ensure all guests are welcomed according to the Bangkok Hotel Lotus Sukhumvit Welcome Experience.
- To coordinate group check-ins with Front Office, Guest Services and Guest Relations Managers.
- Coordinate with Transportation Captain and airport desk to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of guests.
- Fully responsible for the smooth and efficient arrival and departure of all guests.
- Prepares for all guest arrivals and departures and meet & greets.
- Proactively ensures guests? needs are met and exceeded at all times. Conducts lobby duty and assists Front Desk operations when needed. - Responsible for following up.
- Acts as a hotel and brand ambassador.
- Ensure consistent levels of services are maintained at all times.
- Business Center accommodate services.
