We are looking for individuals who have solid selling and interpersonal skills and who demonstrate the energy and commitment to meet and exceed personal goals. The applicant will have a proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability. Applicants are required to have a minimum of three years previous experience selling negotiated corporate accounts, and strong negotiation skills. A college degree preferably specializing in hotel management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required.
- The Sales Manager's mission is to promote the hotel in the corporate, government and embassy segment and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
- The Sales Manager is to perform his/her duties within the framework defined by the hotel and by its internal regulations.
- Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with the Director of Sales & Marketing for the hotel
- Ensures that the plans is adhered to and monitor its progress
? To define job responsibilities for the sales and administration staff
- To assist his team and ensure effectiveness:-
daily correspondence with clients
daily follow-ups
sales reports
record of sales statistics (sales objectives)
promotion of package
