Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field.
- High energy, highly motivated and driven person with a strong sales and results focus.
- At least 2 year experience in sales (preferable in pattaya market).
- In-depth knowledge in sales and marketing of the hospitality industry.
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in both written & spoken English.
Responsibilities :
- Mainly responsible in generating new account and maintain existing customers with a desire to reach challenging targets and a proven ability to network successfully.
- Duties include the following.
- Extensive knowledge for Corporate, Leisure Sales both local and international market
- Maintain contact with both Hotel existing customers and visit on a regular basis, including generate new business.
- Have a proven track record in generating business in the region in addition to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring reservation and sales team performance.
- Setting- budgets/targets as well as reporting back to management
- Meet the Budget and Targets given as planned.
- Follow up on any sales calls and negotiate pricing while minimizing discount.
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on customer service required.
- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
