Is responsible for the cleanliness of guest villas and ensures the comfort of all Resort guests as established by Resort SOPs and procedures.

? Cleans the guest villas thoroughly, following the established policies and procedures.

? Checks and ensures that all guest villas are ready to serve guests, all facilities and equipment work properly and all amenities are provided in guest rooms.

? Facilitates the laundry service to all guests by checking the request of laundry service in guest room on a daily basis.
