- 3+ years in senior hotel sales/marketing, with experience leading and motivating teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and developing successful sales strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign development, and brand building.
- Strong financial acumen, including data analysis, reporting, and budget management.
- Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Supports the Cluster General Manager in achieving the hotel?s strategic goals and ensuring compliance with BWH Hotels brand standards.
- Develops and executes sales strategies, forecasts revenue, and sets annual sales targets.
- Collaborates with the Revenue Department to analyze market trends and optimize profitability.
- Drives business growth through advertising, sales initiatives, publicity, and community engagement.
- Represents the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Utilizes technology and databases to enhance sales and reservation efficiency.
- Monitors market conditions to adjust pricing strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key industry partners, including travel agencies, airlines, and corporate and government clients.
- Secures sponsorships that enhance hotel exposure and revenue.
- Ensures proper client record-keeping and follows up on sales opportunities.
- Organizes familiarization visits for high-potential clients.
- Manages budgets, forecasts expenses, and reviews financial performance.
- Leads and develops the Sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Conducts employee performance reviews, career development planning, and training initiatives.
- Oversees hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and communication within the department.
- Completes assignments as delegated by the General Manager.
