Qualifications: Education and Experience : Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in revenue management or a similar role in the hospitality industry. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and optimizing distribution channels.
Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in revenue management systems, property management systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strategic thinker with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in revenue management (e.g., CRME) is a plus. Experience with systems like Opera, SynXis, Duetto, or IDeaS is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management and Strategy : Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize room revenue across all market segments. Monitor market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions. Forecast revenue, demand, and occupancy levels to guide decision- making. Manage inventory and rate strategies to ensure optimal availability and pricing on all distribution channels.
