? Training and Development:
? Assess training needs across departments and design effective training programs.
? Plan and implement ongoing employee development initiatives to enhance skills and service quality.
? Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with operational goals.
? Recruitment and Onboarding:
? Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.
? Conduct interviews and collaborate with department managers to find the right talent.
? Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration into the resort.
? Employee Relations and Engagement:
? Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
? Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair resolution.
? Plan and organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
? Performance Management:
? Develop and oversee a fair and transparent performance evaluation system.
? Provide guidance to managers on performance reviews and improvement plans.
? Ensure evaluations are conducted objectively and in accordance with company policies.
? Compensation and Benefits:
? Manage payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department.
? Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
? Administer employee benefits programs effectively.
? HR Policies and Compliance:
? Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company standards.
? Maintain employee records and documentation accurately and confidentially.
? Stay updated on labor laws and advise management on compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
? Proven experience in designing and executing training programs.
? Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
? Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
