1) Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across all segments (corporate, leisure, MICE, etc.).
2) Plan and attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the hotel.
3) Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
4) Cultivate relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
5) Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
6) Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve their targets.
7) Set performance goals, provide training, and conduct regular evaluations.
8) Conduct competitive market research to identify new business opportunities.
9) Develop and implement marketing plans that align with hotel brand and revenue goals
10) Ensure consistent brand across all marketing materials and communication channels
11) Plan and execute seasonal promotions, packages, and special events to drive occupancy and revenue.
12) Coordinate with revenue management, front office, and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies.
